What products do you sell?

We sell T-shirts and prints.

Our T-shirts have a relaxed fit and feature printed artwork. Our prints are available in A3 size and have a matte or satin finish.

What materials are your products made from?

Our T-shirts are made from 100% organic cotton and crafted from heavy 240 gsm single jersey fabric. This provides a premium look and sturdy quality. The fabric is made with open-end carded yarn and is pre-washed. The cotton is GOTS-certified, meaning it is produced according to strict environmental and social responsibility requirements throughout the entire production chain.

Our prints are printed on heavy 240 gsm paper with a matte or satin finish. The paper is FSC-certified and recyclable. FSC certification means the paper comes from responsibly managed forests.

Where are your products made?

The T-shirts are made in Bangladesh. The fabric is also produced there. The artwork is then applied at a printing company in the Netherlands.

Are your products sustainable?

Yes. Our T-shirts are made for regular use and remain beautiful for a long time with proper care. Our prints are printed on high-quality paper and will last a long time if treated well. Please also refer to the care instructions on the product page.

SIZING & FIT

How do I choose the right size?

Our T-shirts have a relaxed fit and are unisex. Please consult the size guide to choose the size that best suits you.

Our prints are available in A3 format, measuring 29.7 x 42 cm.

MAINTENANCE INSTRUCTIONS

How do I wash my T-shirt?

Wash your T-shirt at 30°C on a delicate cycle with similar colors. Do not use bleach and do not dry clean.

How do I dry my T-shirt?

Do not tumble dry your T-shirt. Lay it flat or hang it to dry, out of direct sunlight.

Can I iron my T-shirt?

Yes, iron the T-shirt on a low temperature and always inside out. Never iron directly on the print.

How do I handle and hang my print?

Always handle the print with clean and dry hands. Prints are intended for indoor use and should be kept away from moisture, heat, and direct sunlight. For extra protection, we recommend framing the print behind glass or acrylic.

How do I clean or store my print?

Carefully remove dust with a soft, dry microfiber cloth. Store prints flat in a dry, acid-free folder or box. Avoid tight rolling and prevent pressure on the surface.

Are the prints durable and recyclable?

Yes. The paper is age-resistant and recyclable according to local guidelines. However, the matte surface is susceptible to damage if handled roughly. All prints are made on FSC-certified paper.

Always check the product page for additional care instructions. For T-shirts, also follow the washing instructions on the label.

ORDERING & PAYMENT

How do I place an order?

Choose your product, select the desired size, and add it to your shopping cart. Then proceed to checkout and follow the steps to complete your order.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, and iDeal | Wero as payment methods.

Will I receive an order confirmation?

Yes. After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details. If you don't see it, please check your spam or promotions folder. If you have not received an order confirmation, please contact us at info@nouvestudios.com

Can I change or cancel my order?

Orders are processed shortly after placement. If you wish to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@nouvestudios.com. We cannot guarantee that an order can still be adjusted once it has been shipped. Returns are possible within 30 days. Please also review our return policy for this.

SHIPPING

How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. After that, shipping usually takes 1 to 3 business days. The final delivery time depends on the carrier and may vary in some cases.

Do you ship internationally?

No. At this time, we only ship within the Netherlands.

What are the shipping costs?

For orders within the Netherlands, we charge €4.95 shipping costs per order.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

What is your return policy?

We have a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date you received your order to request a return.

Which items are eligible for return?

An item is eligible for return if it is unworn and unused, in the same condition as when it was received, has the original tags, is in its original packaging, and is accompanied by proof of purchase.

How do I request a return?

Please contact us at info@nouvestudios.com to request a return. Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to send back your item.

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

What should I do if my item is damaged or incorrect?

Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered, please contact us immediately at info@nouvestudios.com. We will then find a suitable solution as soon as possible.

Are there items that cannot be returned?

Yes. The following items cannot be returned:

- Custom-made or personalized products
- Perishable goods
- Opened sealed personal care products
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases

Gift cards cannot be returned or refunded.

If you are unsure whether your item is eligible for return, please contact us in advance.

Do you offer exchanges?

No, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to receive a different item, please return your original order and place a new order.

When will I receive my refund?

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether it has been approved. If approved, the amount will be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that banks and payment providers may have additional processing time.

What should I do if my refund is taking too long?

If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, please contact us at info@nouvestudios.com.
