Refund policy
30-day return period
We accept returns up to 30 days after you have received your order.
If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you will generally also have the legal right, for online purchases, to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason. After you have informed us within those 14 days that you wish to withdraw from the purchase, you will in principle have a further 14 days to return the item. Our 30-day return period from receipt is a more generous, voluntary arrangement and does not affect your statutory rights.
Conditions for return
To be eligible for a return, the item must, as far as reasonably possible, be in the same condition in which you received it. The item must be unworn or unused, have the original tags attached and, where possible, be in the original packaging. You will also need an order number, receipt or other proof of purchase.
How to request a return
If you would like to request a return, please contact us at info@nouvestudios.com. Once your return has been registered, you will receive instructions on how and where to send the parcel. Returns sent to us without a prior return request will not be accepted.

Damage, defects and incorrect delivery
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If you have received a damaged or defective item, or if you have received the wrong product by mistake, please contact us as soon as possible at info@nouvestudios.com.
If a product does not conform to the contract, you are entitled under the applicable legal rules to an appropriate remedy. This will usually be repair or replacement free of charge. If this is not possible or cannot reasonably be required from us, you may in some cases be entitled to a price reduction or a refund. The cost of returning an incorrectly delivered or defective product will be borne by us.
Exceptions to returns and withdrawal
Some items are excluded from return or withdrawal, where permitted by law. This includes, among other things:
- custom-made or personalised products
- perishable goods
- sealed products which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene once the seal has been broken
- digital content supplied immediately, where you have expressly consented in advance to the supply and acknowledged that you lose your right of withdrawal
- hazardous materials, flammable liquids and gases
- gift cards
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, you can return your current item and then place a new order.
Right of withdrawal for consumers in the European Union
If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you generally have the legal right, for online purchases, to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason. To exercise this right, you must clearly inform us within this period that you wish to withdraw from the contract. You can do so by contacting us at info@nouvestudios.com. You can also use the European model withdrawal form for this purpose.
After notifying us of your withdrawal, you will in principle have a further 14 days to return the item. The direct cost of returning the item will be at your expense.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will let you know whether your return has been approved. If approved, we will process the refund.
If your return falls under the statutory right of withdrawal and you informed us within 14 days of receipt that you wished to withdraw from the contract, we will refund you within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the item, or until you have provided evidence that you have returned it, whichever occurs first. The refund will be made using the same means of payment as you used for the original order, unless we have agreed otherwise.
In the case of a valid withdrawal within this statutory period, we will reimburse all payments received from you for the returned item, including the standard delivery costs of the outbound shipment, where legally required. If you chose a more expensive delivery method than our standard delivery, we will not refund the additional costs of that choice.
If you make use of our voluntary 30-day return period, but you only register your return after the first 14 days following receipt, the return will be treated as an additional service offered by us. In that case, if the return is approved, we will refund the purchase price of the returned item, but not the original outbound delivery costs. The cost of returning the item will also remain at your expense.
For returns within our voluntary return period, we process refunds as soon as possible after we have received and inspected the return. In most cases, this is done within 10 working days. It may then take a few additional working days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
