Shipping policy
Order processing
We usually process orders within 1 to 3 working days after you receive your order confirmation by email. Weekends and public holidays are excluded. During busy periods, holidays or promotions, processing may take longer. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email.
Destinations
At this time, we only ship to addresses within the Netherlands.
Shipping costs and delivery times
For orders within the Netherlands, we charge €4.95 in shipping costs per order. Shipping costs are always clearly shown at checkout.
After dispatch, the estimated delivery time within the Netherlands is 1 to 3 working days. The total delivery time is therefore, in most cases, 2 to 6 working days. Delivery times are estimates unless expressly agreed otherwise. If no other delivery period has been agreed, orders must be delivered within 30 days at the latest.
Shipping confirmation and tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email. If tracking information is available, you will receive it in the same email. It may take some time before the tracking status becomes active.
Risk of loss or damage
The risk of loss of or damage to your order remains with us until the order has been delivered to you or to a third party designated by you, unless you have chosen a carrier yourself which was not offered by us.
Incorrect address
Please make sure your shipping address is entered in full and correctly at checkout. If you provide an incorrect or incomplete address, this may result in delays, additional costs or failure to deliver your order. Any additional costs arising from this may be charged to you.
Delays and force majeure
We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, such as delays by carriers, strikes, extreme weather or government measures. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
If an order is not delivered within the agreed period, you will in principle have the right to grant us an additional reasonable period in which to deliver. If delivery is still not made after that, you may terminate the contract and request a refund. If no delivery period has been agreed, the statutory maximum period of 30 days applies first.
Unavailable items
If a product you have ordered unexpectedly becomes unavailable, we will inform you as soon as possible. In that case, you will be entitled to a refund of the amount you paid for that product.
